Free Joint Replacement Seminar
The surgeons and staff from the Center for Joint Replacement at Sonora Regional Medical Center are holding free seminars to educate the public about chronic joint pain and joint replacement.
The next patient education seminar is scheduled for 5 p.m. on Thursday, August 25, at the Delta Blood Bank of Sonora, located at 850 Sanguinetti Rd. near the corner of Mono Way. Airell Nygaard, MD, Ariana DeMers, DO, and Thomas McDonald, MD, will present the latest treatment options for chronic joint pain and details about joint replacement surgery.
The Center for Joint Replacement is a newly integrated service line offering a seamless, consistent patient experience, from the patient’s first investigative phone call, through surgery, home health visits and physical therapy, to the final follow-up appointment. To enhance patient education and improve outcomes, all joint replacement patients now receive a detailed manual to guide them through the joint replacement process, from pre-surgery exercises and preparations through surgery day through rehabilitation.
If you or someone you know is suffering from joint pain, come meet our orthopedic surgeons and find out if joint replacement might be right for you. If you have any questions about the seminar, please call 209-536-5020.
