Medical Center Offering Free Sports Physicals

Sonora Regional Medical Center will offer free sports physicals for student athletes, cheerleaders and youth campers at five different dates, times and Sonora locations this summer.
The schedule is as follows:

| Tuesday, August 9 | Hillside Internal Medicine - Guzzi Lane | 5:30 | Summerville High |
The Project HOPE Healthvan will only provide free physicals on July 19 & 30 in order to be able to serve the needs of the patients who are waiting to be seen. Please do not send students to the Healthvan on other days.
Parental permission will be required for all youth under the age of 18. Students are asked to have the required paperwork with them or available from school staff at the time of their physical.
The free student physicals are a service of Sonora Regional Medical Center and the medical professionals who donate their time.
