Sonora Regional Medical Center Opening New Urgent Care Center in Angels Camp
Sonora Regional Medical Center will be offering new services in Angels Camp providing Calaveras County residents with easier access to medical care for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries. Angels Camp Prompt Care will be opened in late February and located at 23 North Main Street on the corner of Highway 4 in the Jumping Frog Plaza.
"We are proud of the competency we have developed with our prompt care clinics,” said Jeff Eller, CEO and President of Sonora Regional Medical Center. “We are pleased that we can extend this service into Angels Camp.”
Similar to the Medical Center’s two prompt care clinics in Sonora, Angels Camp Prompt Care will be open seven days per week from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., providing urgent care, x-ray and lab services. Physicians and a staff of 10 full-time employees will provide care for walk-in patients with no appointment necessary, providing the communities along Highway 4 with urgent care closer to home.
