Overview
Your health is our passion. We want our community to Live Well and Be Well so we've committed to providing educational opportunities outside of Sonora Regional Medical Center to meet people where they are.
Project HOPE is one of our greatest community wellness outreach programs. Project HOPE serves more than 1,000 patients each year, providing free medical care through gifts from generous sponsors.
OakPlus Senior Wellness Program is a free program offered exclusively to adults ages 65 and older. Benefits include montly wellness seminars and discounts at Community Pharmacy and other local merchants.
Faith Community Nursing is a specialty nursing practice that focuses on the intentional care of the spirit as part of the process of promoting whole health and minimizing illness in a congregation or faith community.
