Access to health care services in the Mother Lode is changing. Sonora Regional Medical Center is committed to providing for the health care needs of all Tuolumne County residents.

Based on the vote of the Tuolumne County Board of Supervisors, acute care and most outpatient services at Tuolumne General Hospital were closed as of July 1. Many of the services previously offered at TGH are now operated by the Medical Center.

This special Web site is devoted to keeping our community informed of the changes in services. It details the transition of the rural health clinic, informs on the expansion of Prompt Care services, provides important updates on staffing and inpatient services, and much more.
